matching
for ride suggestions;

Commute times to work and back home
: used to select drivers who leave at times compatible with riders for
generating
matches

License plate, color, and car brand
: collected from drivers and displayed to riders during ride confirmation;

Photo
: used to facilitate user identification among their colleagues;

Login
: Data for user access to the Platform;

Login password
: Secret code created by the user for access to the Platform;

Department at the company
: used to share with colleagues in ride information.
Depending on the User's State, a self-declaration of race may be requested
to comply with legal requirements.
The information collected by
Bynd
is used to conduct studies and classify users in order to enable better
recommendations of objectives and content, which will also depend on how
you use our Platform and how you manage your privacy controls.
We also use personal information to create, develop, operate, deliver, and
improve our Services, content, and advertising, as well as to prevent
losses and avoid fraud. We may also use your personal information for
purposes related to network and account security, including to protect our
services for the benefit of all our users.
We may use your personal information to verify your identity, assist in
identifying users, and determine appropriate services. For example, we may
use the date of birth to research and determine the age of Bynd users.
From time to time, we may use your personal information to send
important notices
, such as communications about changes to our terms, conditions, and
policies. Because this information is important for your interaction with
Bynd
, you cannot opt out of receiving these communications.

auditing, data analysis, and research to improve Bynd's services and user

to the browser, application, or device you are using. This helps us

LOCATION INFORMATION AND OTHER PERMISSIONS
When you access the Platform, with your permission, we may automatically
collect certain information, including but not limited to:

Transaction Data
: To enable and prove the engagement of our Services, we collect
transaction information related to the User's use of the services,
including all trip schedules of the user, as well as rides completed.

User Content
: To respond to User inquiries regarding technical questions about the use
of the Platform, we collect the information the User sends when contacting
Bynd
support.

Usage Information
: To prove the engagement and/or use of our Services, in the event of a
dispute, we collect information about how the User interacts with our
services. This information includes, for example, date and time of access,
application features or pages visited, application crashes and other system
activities, browser type, and third-party sites you were using before
interacting with our services. In some cases, we do this through the use
of cookies,

tags
, and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers.

: We collect demographic information about the User based on their
registration on the Platform and, additionally, through User surveys, if
you log in through your social network.

as well as to engage the best suppliers necessary for the provision of our

responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of

Bynd
allows you to easily keep your personal information accurate, complete, and
up to date.
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to
fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in our
specific privacy summaries
. To determine these periods, we carefully examine the need to collect
personal information and, upon identifying a relevant need, we retain the
information for the shortest possible period necessary to fulfill the
purpose of the collection, unless a longer retention period is required by
law.
DELETION OF INFORMATION
In some cases, we store data for limited periods when they need to be
retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
We try to ensure that our services protect information from accidental
or malicious deletion. Because of this, there may be a delay between
the time you delete something and the time copies are deleted from our
active and backup systems.
To delete the data from your Account on the Platform, the user must submit
a request through the Platform, in which case we immediately begin the
process of removing them from our system. First, we aim to quickly remove
them from view, and they can no longer be used to personalize your
experience on
Bynd
.
Next, we begin a process designed to completely and securely delete the
data from our storage systems.
Secure deletion is important to protect our users and clients from
accidental data loss. Complete deletion of data from our servers is
equally important for the peace of mind of users and our protection
. This process generally takes about 7 (seven) days from the time of
deletion.
After the deletion of your account, the possibility is reserved for
Bynd
to retain information and/or data whose maintenance is necessary for (i)
compliance with a court order, within the scope of judicial and/or
administrative proceedings, (ii) research by a research body, pursuant to
applicable legislation, (iii) transfer to a third party, provided that the
processing requirements of applicable legislation are respected, and (iv)
exclusive use by
Bynd
, provided that the data is anonymized.
In the above scenario,
Bynd
guarantees that the third parties with whom it may have shared the User's
data will adopt the same measure of deletion and non-processing of the
User's data.
STORAGE AND PROCESSING

processed in Brazil or in any other country where Bynd, its service
providers, or partners maintain facilities; however, always in countries
that provide an adequate level of personal data protection.
By registering and using the Service, you agree to the transfer of information to any country where Bynd , service providers, or partners maintain facilities, as well as to the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy. We use safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Platform secure, in order to take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your account.

. We are not responsible for the functionality, privacy, or security

if you wish to and give us consent, will be collected only to: (i)
ensure the safety of Users in our identification and authentication
processes for registration on the Platform, and (ii) behavioral
analysis and study of our Users, always in an anonymized manner, that
is, without being able to identify the person and the data provided
